All may not yet be well with the six students of Igbonla Model College in Epe, who were released last week, after more than two months in captivity of their abductors.
The boys are reported to be exhibiting strange behaviors, which may likely be the psychological consequence of their isolation and frequent harassment in the hands of their kidnappers, some security experts have reasoned.
Reports reaching us say that parents of the boys who had been in jubilation since their release on Friday, July 28, have suddenly began to notice that their children are exhibiting strange attitudes.
Our sources, in touch with some of the parents who spoke anonymously, claim that they were deeply worried with the disturbing tendencies that their children were manifesting, and are contemplating urgent medical attention to remedy the situation.
