King Nebuchadnezzar made an image of gold, whose height was sixty cubits and its breadth six cubits. He set it up on the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.
Daniel 3:1
A problem is a problem irrespective of the shape it takes. Sin cannot be coated in any way that will deprive it of its poisonous effect. Whether we sin in the name of God or compromise because we are overwhelmed by the sheer nature of the problem, we are still accountable for our failures. I heard of a husband who had a disagreement with the wife. He slapped her in the name of Jesus; of course the wife could retaliate in the name of the Holy Ghost. People want to justify their failures. Excuses are always available for any man that is unwilling to sit down and re evaluate his shortfalls and make amends. Self evaluation we must understand is always a pre requisite for self actualization.
The image of the king is dead. It could neither walk nor talk, and whatever impression it made was only in the mind and not otherwise. The mind is the computer room of the soul and if it is infected by viruses will lead to the system breakdown of either the body or spirit. We should not allow the image of the King or his master the devil to cow us into submission. The times are evil and the decision to make heaven requires extra courage to pursue.
